That's definitely a Bangle creation 
Related to this, I saw the tail end of a set/shoot for this movie in Chicago last weekend whilst waiting for the Venetian Night boat parade/fireworks show.
They were preparing a big car chase/crash scene in the lower-level streets, just below Michigan Avenue, around by where the Wrigley Building is.

2) "Unsuitable dress for a hip-hop club, huh? Bouncers know diddly-squat about fashion."
3) "How was i supposed to know real-fur capes were 'out' this year?"
4) "living with your parents sucks, i'm gunna get muh own bat-residence."*

As for the car not to keen on that design, looks like a magnetic tube frame rolled through a scrap yard and this is the result.
