I guess the BAR guys were out recently at Bonneville testing a 2004 spec car to get some data for their top speed run later in October:

I had heard that BAR was going to do a top speed run at Bonneville after the F1 season was over. Maybe they did it a little earlier because their season is over for all intents and purposes! :wink:

That Autoweek blurb was written on 7/11/05 but BAR-Honda hasn't done the run yet. It's happening in October. I wonder how fast they'll go?

that's sucha low blow! but i'll second that, BAR's season is over. the only thing i really want them to do is leap frog williams in constructors to show jenson button that he made the "right" choice in staying with BAR.
