PM'd this member for his older style oil filters for sale. He preferred local buyer and I am 15 minutes away from him. Called him up and he gave me instructions where to mee him in Chino Hills and we agreed on a late afternoon pickup. I reorganized my day and cut short an outing to the park with my two grandsons. Called him from my car at 4pm as agreed to time our arrivals at the parking lot he chose. He said " Sorry, I sold them to a another buyer".
Now, these are $9 oil filters, hardly what anyone would fuss about or waste time writing this but, I am one of the "old timer" NSX owners (my third since 1994) and I increasingly notice the lowering of ethical standards in the NSX community.
