I would just like to inform those of you in the Atlanta and surrounding areas of the poor service I received from Nalley Acura in Marietta, GA. I purchased a Centerforce clutch unit for my 1994 NSX and scheduled a appointment for the install. The dealer was unable to install the clutch and damaged it attempting to do so. The unit was returned to Centerforce for repair which they paid for. They then attempted a second time to install the clutch with no sucsess. Nalley then told me that the clutch unit was defective and that something was wrong with the parts.
They were also given instructions and a phone number to call for help which they didn't seem to want to use for some reason. They had my car for two weeks. I have never seen pride stand in the way of getting a task completed like it did in this situation. My hat is off to the guys at BC Automotive. Honda & Acura Specialist in Lilburn, GA. They started work 7:30am on the car with the same clutch unit and I was up and running by 2:30 pm. Bottom line if you need a NSX clutch done right give them a call. 770-717-5000.

What price did you pay for the clutch? did you go with a light flywheel? Hows the new clutch ? How much was the labor?

Hello Sinbad
The clutch was purchased from Science Speed for $895.00
Plus a 250.00 core charge + shipping. Throw Out bearings were 159.00. The Dali light Flywheel works great. I don't remember the cost on the flywheel check the website for current price.
Labor was 681.00. The dealer will rip you off for 820.00 or above.
Works really well.

Thanks but I think I will stay with B.C. Automotive 770-717-5000 they have demonstrated that they know Acura NSX my kind of language.

Thanks anyway.

Hi NSX family,

I met Eiffel through nsxprime, met him personally, bought nsx parts from him and have seen his shop. I would vouch for him all the way. He has Acura techs at his shop that have worked on his own car, has all the tools to perform Acura NSX specific maintenance and only hires the best mechanics. He performs top-notch work and his prices are more than fair. As you can see, he is an avid nsx enthusiast and is on prime to offer knowledge and services of his facilities when needed. He does not use prime as some sort of advertising tool. Anyone that is in Atlanta that owns an nsx should give himself or herself a chance and talk to Eiffel. Its never a bad thing to have another reliable tech you can depend on to perform service on your Japanese exotic.

Regards,
Solo
