Hey guys just got back from Japan. Im still developing the pics and once its done Im going to scan them and send them your way. I took pics of the alpine Nsx.....damn....sooooo nice. I cant say i missed any corner as i even took one with me inside. The spliters at the back were crazy....and the nsx girl....SWEEEETTTT!!!

Any how....soon I will post in the mean time just wanted to tell you that I went to visit PHASE in Yokohama and while there I found that their RP-01 white ones that we keep seeing on the black Margahills nsx was for sale.....I couldnt pass the opportunity so I bought it and took it with me on the plane back here to canada. IT's so sweet....That rim is discontinued and is not available in white in north america unless special order before. also the Rp-02 is no longer available for the NSX either. 17 on the rear 16 on the front with brigestone re-01 on all 4 wheels.....95% new.....all this for a whoping 600 dollars.....

hope you are planning to post piccies...

$600 for the wheels! good for you!
yeah, fond memories of discounted prices in Japan!
i grew up in Japan and screwed around with cars all throughout high school. the used car market and junkyards can be goldmines for aftermarket parts. one of my many cars was a GT toyota celica that had a fairly new aftermarket HKS turbo, wheels, exhaust, and some other goodies. even though it was 7 years old that car rocked. and the $600 price tag wasn't bad either! just don't buy anything new. the yen rate will kill you. too bad we're not in the 60's and 70's when it hovered around the 300 yen to the dollar rate. that would be heaven!

enough rambling... i could go on and on...do you think i miss that place or what?? ;^) hopefully i'll go back with my folks next year. if i can get some of my fathers military connections, shipping parts will be a breeze. no customs either.
