Did you run them shaved or full tread? My problem with the V700 is not chunking, rather blistering. I really like RA-1. Not as fast in the beginning of its life. But consistent throughout. Last a long time and very durable.Never tried the Avon, but by the look, it resemble real slicks, so my guess is it won't last very long.
