I should have known better than trying to buy tires from someone I had never heard of. I ordered a set of the Federal 595 RS-R, and instead they shipped me the SS 595. I got a RMA and was told just include the shipping invoice so they would know how much I had spent on shipping. I did just that and got credited back the tires but not the shipping. When I called I was told shipping was not covered because it was my fault the wrong tires had been shipped. The only Federal tires they have on the site are the 595 RS-R so I definitely did not buy the wrong tires. I'm still fighting to getmy money back for the shipping costs.
