[I Grok NSX]

If you are interested, there was a car event this Saturday that involved about 90 exotic cars. Two groups, one from the San Francisco area and one from the Sacramento area joined up and drove to the small town of Jackson, located in the "Gold Country" of California.

Yes indeed, it was interesting. What was worth the price of admission to several of us from Sacto was listening to tirade by the owner of the custom painted 2000 Diablo who ripped the quality control of the Lambos unmercifully. This was totally unsolicited and followed from my low key inquiry about his bent front left rim. He had no idea how it happened (which occured just that morning). He has had the car for 24 months and it's "been in the shop or undriveable for 18 or those 24". And he went on to give numerous examples of how and why this was the the norm for these cars. "It's a $60K (cost)car marked up to $300K". None of us encouraged him or asked leading questions. Our mouths were hanging open, but inside we were nodding.

Thanks for the pics. My son and I had a great time pouring over them. We may not listen to the same music anymore, but we still see eye to eye on cars. Exotic cars are the great equalizer!

Veleno- yes this is a yearly gathering made up by some supra crew that has grown in the past years...always something cool to look at, the link is in the southwest region, posted by TL-S guy..
