Ramon at Niguel has taken care of me
Timing belt / water pump.I don't know what TB/WP means.
+1 :biggrin:Ramon is much closer
I've been friends with both Tom and Ramon for well over 10 years now, and I know they do great work.
I've also recently met the AutoWave guys and had them help me with a few things.
I don't think you can go wrong at either location.
AutoWave does have a slightly larger shop which may help in scheduling, but they also charge a bit more than Niguel.
Ramon (Niguel Motors) does all the work on my car, great guy, you can't go wrong and he is fair with his pricing.
Mario
PS: He is an NSX owner, as is Tom at the shop.
I don't know what TB/WP means. I have only gone to Ramon's Niguel Motors. He's a great mechanic and I like him. I like going to his shop and talking to him and Tom. Will be going there soon for an oil change.

Sorry i had to vote for us:biggrin: all I can say is that you get what you pay for. We may be higher in price but we believe in doing a complete job an not so much a cheap job. We are guilty of doing a complete job this is why we are more. Everyone that likes the other guy the first comments are how good the prices are.

We are capable in doing everything from simple oil changes to complete 1000whp nsx performance stuff"engine builds trans builds ect". We are direct with every vendor in the industry and have been in business for going on 27 years. Our shop has 8 lifts in it with a dyno. Working on nsx takes time due to the fact that parts are not always immediately available. What does that mean to you? We have plenty of space when your car is being worked on that in the case you need something extra while your car is taken apart, we are not stressed because your car is tying up one of our lifts. In the automotive buisness lifts are what make you money if you do not have an available lift you tend not to get those extra parts to get the job done correctly. This is not the case for us as we have 8 lifts and try to stock almost everything that is needed for the nsx

Oh, and thank you for the explanation nsxtasy. Still loving my blue hottie that you generously checked out for me the day I bought it in Chicago.
Well Said!!Mike your being too defensive and your interpretation of what has been said is in error. Only two posts mention price and the word cheap is not mentioned once. Only "fair pricing" and "a little bit more" is all that is mentioned. In addition, your apprent implication that Ramon does inferior "cheap" work is unfair. Ramon is likely less expensive because he does not have the overhead that you have. Which has nothing to do with quality. And before you flame me, make sure you read my other post that gives both you and Ramon cudos for competence.
