automatic trans. - no snap ring problem?

Hey guys, hope everyone is having a great weekend....I have a quick question regarding automatic transmission NSX and the infamous 'snap ring failure' syndrome....

Is it true that automatic transmissions NSX are immune to snap ring failure???

Yes.

The snap ring in question was only in the 91-92 5 speed transmissions.
