Automatic Climate Control Unit

I own a '93 and I'm having issues with the dash Automatic Climate Control Unit. I've checked the fuses as indicated in the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual, but I still don't have any power to the dash display.

I'm also having issues locating the Power Transistor - supposedly to the right of the spare tire mounting bracket and above the blower motor.

Also, does anyone know if there are any relays which I should also be checking that may impact these controls?

Any insights or similar experiences with resolutions would be appreciated.
