Australian-USA rivalry: have you USA boys seen one of these on the road?

I'm gonna stir up a little friendly Australian-USA rivalry. You guys in the USA are always saying you spotted Carrera GT's or Enzo on highways. Us poor Aussie boyz get REALLY excited if we see 1 NSX or 1 Lamborghini; Enzo's and GT's are a myth only for car-shows. :p So today i think i have something that might outshine you USA guys. ;)

My mother was on a trip and saw an "expensive looking porsche". So she took some video footage.... I've seen it; it turned out to be a 2004 Porsche GT3RS. (white w/ red rims) This was on a public road.
Now I'm no expert in Porsche's, but aren't these EXTREMELY fast, EXTREMELY expensive and EXTREMELY rare?

So... have any of you USA boyz seen one of these on the roads recently??? :p :D :D :D lol

Where is the video? Make us a believer...

I won't be posting the video because the guy had some trouble getting out of the low driveway, and I'd be a total scumbag if i put it on the net. :(

But here's some video screenshots to help you believe... :D

The guy was there apparently because of a huge Porsche Sprint: 21-23rd January for any interested aussies: www.mtbullersprint.com

I didn't think this car was even available over here. I do see an Enzo regularily though.

Speaking of Carrera GT's, I was in South Beach last week, and a guy parallel parked one in front of Mango's! WTF  Not to mention the guy doing "laps" with a yellow Murci w/matching yellow wheels. He would go by at about 5mph blipping the throttle. (little-mans syndrome I guess  )

Re: no rivalry ... neither of us get this ... GT2RS

Didn't they correct the understeer problems of the GT3 with the GT3 RS? I heard it was a dream to drive.

ok ok ok... you guys in the USA win... you've got your Carrera GT's and Enzo's and Lambo's... but let us Aussie's have our moment. :D

White92 : no... we don't have Civic's like that in Australia... give it another 12mths and the 15yr import rule will no longer apply... and we'll be able to import them by the dozen! :p
