Anyone know a good Austin NSX tech (again)? The one at Grand Imports retired and is no longer available. :-(

Moe over at David McDavid Acura off 183N is excellent, but you will have to pay dealer rates.
Scott retired? DAMMIT! i was just there a few weeks ago for an oil change! Dave Chavez and Moe are both good. Chavez is part time teaching at ACC. He works on the cars there. Im having new injectors installed and decided to give MZM international a try. they have worked on a few nsxs and i feel they have the means to do what Scott was capable of. They specialize in subie's and evo's but wok on other stuff as well. I was there Tues and was impressed with the shop and attitude.

Please update with your impression and experience if you use them. I know finding someone who will just put a little effort and care into the work is probably just as important as finding a trained NSX tech. Thanks!
I did a thread on nsxprime about grand imports and Scott. I had my 90k service done with a new clutch install. Pricing a hair lower the the dealership(mcdavid), but the dealer offered a rental. Spoke to move and he seemed knowledgeable, but I was more comfortable with Scott at grand.

Mcdavid and Grand imports were evenly priced, Mcdavid offered a rental too. Cant go wrong with chavez or mcdavid.
