ARK DT-S Exhaust Question

 So I purchased an ARK exhaust through The Science of Speed. I think the price was real good and the construction seems excellent. The fit is near perfect. I managed to get it on with no scraps in about 2.5 hours with no help. Here is my question. I find it to be pretty darn loud. My biggest issue is with 1700-2500 RPM, there is a pretty loud low resonance in the cabin. I questioned at first if I got the system tight and double checked the seal points but don't see any blackening inferring a leak. I also did not notice any leak type noises while under the car with someone else tapping the gas. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I'm only about 100 miles into the pipes at current. I intend to run them for at least 500 before I make a decision as to whether or not to put the stock pipes back on; I hear the sound will change in the early stages. I just feel it sounds a bit like a Toyota Corola with a trash can size pipe sticking out the back melting the real bumper. I hate to cheapen this car like that; but stock is way to docile.

I've also video taped all the before and after which I'll post when I figure out how to transfer it to a mpeg. Trying to do my part on that end.

I never heard of that exhaust. Could you provide a little more detail?

Mine is kinda loud only under 3000 rpm's, just try not to shift early (shift around 3500-4000 rpm's) and you'll get used to the noise, it actually sounds really nice from the outside.

I think its safe to say that my reservations on the increased decibels have faded. I'm enjoying the exhaust more and more and really like the look. I'm holding on to it. Thanks everyone for their comments.

I like mine alot, I think the car now sounds like a sports car, and a cadillac.
Also try the downforce air scoop and uin foam filter. Works great with the exhaust.

I like mine but I think it is quieter than my B&B was. I wouldn't mind if it was a bit more rude.
Maybe as it ages it will.
