Are my exhaust adapters on correctly?

I installed a exhaust system last weekend and also used pride exhaust adapters for 2000+. However, I'm not sure they are covering connecting close enough to the cats. You can see white from the gasket, which I don't think you could before. I don't think there is an exhaust leak, but wanted to get your thoughts.

Are the exhaust tips straight though?

The angles are never perfect. As long as there are no leaks it looks good to me. Listen carefully for leaks. I had a few that I could faintly hear after I installed my system, but it took an electronic stethoscope to find.
