Are 91-94 ECU's the same for AUTO and 5speed?

I have a ECU marked: 37820-PR7-A14

well from my experience with other cars, auto ecu's are difference and i would expect the NSX to be no exception. Auto cars have different cold starting maps, the ecu have to tell the auto tranny how to shift according to what throttle position, and on the NSX, the auto and 5 speeds have a different redline.

Looking at the parts listing the # above is not listed. http://nsxe-repair.com/files/acuraparts/acuraparts/index.html
I can find a 37820-PR7-A14RM which is for a 91- 92 and I am guesing a auto.
