p.s also what does "F1" transmission stand for? Is it code for automatic?

she looks beautiful other then the fairly high mileage on a '98...

The "F1 Transmission" is nothing more than an automatic with a lever behind the wheel that you can use to shift the gears. It is probably faster to let the car shift by itself. It is nothing like the F1 transmissions in the Ferrari 355, 360 and 575.
