It's suppose to delete the drone and the exhaust will sound tighter like a Ferrari. Not loose and hollow like an American V8.

how can 2 exhaust flow crashing into each other be good for power?

rally cars dont use x pipes
F 1 cars dont use x pipes
1000 HP surpas dont use x pipes
ferrari dont use x pipes

personally never did any testing on x pipe and its cause i dont work on cars that need x pipes to go "fast".

never heard anything good about it besides it sounds different.

use common sense. if 2 highways merge into 1 of the same diameter... then split. does the traffic go faster at that junction point??

the day you see a x pipe on something other than amercian garbage is the day i put one on my car.

ps. ok it sounds better? its still slow as road kill. thats the problem with the cars that need x pipes. they sound real bad ass but cant even run a 14second 1/4 mile.

Don't most factory mufflers, like the NSX muddle up the gasses in a canister without a smooth flow?
