Has anyone tried this set up? Front Bilstein/Eibach with Bilstein on Lower perch. Rear Bilstein/Stock spring with Bilstein on Lower perch. I am trying to fill in that buttugly front wheel well and do away with the rear camber problem.I am using stock wheels and tires(16 17 or 17 17) car is a 2000. I had HR springs stock shocks on my 93 loved the appearance but hated the 3 degree camber that couldn't be adjusted (inside tire wear) but loved the handling ,always a compromise. Any suggestions?

AKUDOU,

I am thinking this is not such a good idea. First of all, mixing springs is bad news, since you have no idea about the resultant balance, probably not very good. The car will most likely handle poorly.

In addition the front combo you describe will lower the front 1 7/8" which will be a problem too.

I would say put your OEM springs back in with the Bilsteins on the lower perch, drop the car 7/8" all the way around, and get a good alignment.

Unfortunately there is not a "product" on the market to fix the rear camber when the car gets that low. If you read the posts Biaggi pointed you to the "camber plates" are for the front and serve a different purpose, and he correctly points out about the toe links and non compliance bushing. These will not solve your issues at all.

As always - Larry is completely correct. As a matter of fact, H&R (not sure about Eibach) won't sell you a single spring. I had some shipped to me once and one was lost. They shipped me a new complete set because they cut them all together from the same batch of steel and test them together before sending them out. That is how precise these springs are and should not be mixed even within the same brand IMO.
