Is it effective? Is the paint chip repair alone enough or should I get the pre-paint and sealer also?

Its works with some effort, but not as easily as they appear to make it. Having good paint is key too.
Mother's paint chip repair is just repackaged Langka right?
They sound similar, never used mothers paint chip repair. Langka seems just takes off a layer of new paint until its flush with existing.
