anyone seeing discounts on new orders?

I've been looking for a while and have decided to take the plung. First, has anyone been seeing discounts on new orders? "personal experince". Second, any dealers you recommend to get said discount? And last, if anyone has recently place and order whats your typical wait time?

I learned from the NSX Specialist that new orders for a 2017 were eligible for the big discount but NSX master Tech informed us that all f the 2017 build slots have been taken (so a yes but no)
