anyone renting a house???

i am moving to orange county this saturday and looking for a house to rent...yessssssss its quite late but explanation is quite lengthy..so i ma cut through the chase and ask if there is anyone looking to rent a house..i need 3 bedrooms, garage and backyard as the basic requirements..anyhing else is a plus..i prefer one floor over two but its not a must...i will be working in costa mesa so anything within 30 min of that area will suffice.

The OC is not without it's housing woes so you should be able to find what you are looking for without too much trouble. There are lots of homes out there that are foreclosed or owners in need. Shoot, if you had given me more time i would rent you mine complete with a wine cellar! No, the wine would not be part of the transaction.:tongue:

I've got one available that meets all your requirements and the rent is only $1200 per month..... but it's 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Costa Mesa:frown:
