Anyone need a room at the Fall Motel for Kids Day?

Anyone need a room at the Fall Motel for Kids Day? I can't make it and Falls Motel has a 7 day cancellation policy. They will not charge me if I find someone for replacement. It's $70 plus 12% tax for the night (7/13). Please PM me.
