hehe and len, you know that in Govt terms.... on the verge means within the next 30 years. kinda like when they talk about say... a new airplane... that in actuality is a 30 year old design that just finally made it to production rofl

I find it entertaining that the Democrat quoted mentioned the luxury SUV "subsidy". I wonder if he voted for the bill since it only made reference to trucks above a certain gross vehicle weight or if he has ever been on a campaign trip, or driven to his country home in one of those "subsidized" luxury SUV's. HA!

actually looking up this Thin Film Copper-Indium-Gallium-Deselide (CIGS) stuff
apparently its absorption is like 99%, which makes it a great candidate for photovoltaic cells...
apparently this team from SA has figured a way to cheaply manufacture this stuff in an
industrial fashion.
