Anyone know about this?

I bought this a few years ago and still have yet to mount it. It is a front under tray diffuser . My questions are as follows:

1) do I have to drill holes to mount it because I cant find any factory holes to bilt it to....or am I missing a bracket like the one in the difflow rear diffuser

2) does it really make a difference
3) if so how much

see the holes they already drilled?? jack car up line it up under the front tray then use a sharpie marker to mark them by putting the tip of marker in the holes,
remove and inspect where the marks are I am sure they are nothing major get dill start drilling holes then mount the tray

your done. to me, this was designed for the NSX-r hood but with it I would guestimate that your radiator will not cool the coolant as effective without the scoop hood.

I thought of the marking and drilling too but wasnt sure if I was missing something.
