Salesman says both front fender are wrapped carbon fiber vinyl.... I am a little bit worried about it, don't know if it is damaged underneath...

I would be more worried about nos kit. Between those fenders and the nos i would worry this car was abused.

+1 on what RSO34 said. I saw this on autotrader yesterday and wondered why someone would just wrap fenders. Also the exhaust looks like it's never been cleaned or, who knows, maybe it's been wrapped too.
