Did a search but could not find info related to someone making/using a single wiper arm for the NSX. I know I saw it here before. Will appreciate!

Just remove your passenger side wiper arm! :D

My first mod in 01 was to remove both and apply heavy rain X... I havent put them back on since, even when I used to drive in the rain, which is a thing of the past :)

That's exactly what I do. However, I keep the driver's side wiper in the trunk and a 17 mm socket and ratchet in the glove compartment, just in case, although I rarely put it back on. (And yes, the driver's side only wiper does an adequate job all by itself.)

I have not used my wipers since I purchased the car. Dont know if they even work. Rain-X is all I need.

Why would you use only a single wiper?

Generally race cars don't have passengers, so only one blade is needed for the driver. Some specialty cars like the Mcclaren offer center seating so the center mount position is the obvious design choice, and as another example the Ultima GTR has a highly countoured windshield so it's the only practical choice. It has nothing to do with style, it is a matter of function and application.

If it is a real styling or performance concern for you in your street NSX, one may argue that the OE motor is a little heavy side and is located high on the vehicle which from a strict performance viewpoint isn't ideal. Either remove the motor and both blades and don't drive in the rain without rain-x and shed the pounds, or do it what some might consider as ghetto style and just remove the passenger blade and get a slightly longer one for the drivers side.

On most cars, a longer blade means that it will be too long for the area it sweeps, and might be wiping the rubber windshield molding and maybe even the roof. (I haven't verified this with the NSX. You would need not just a longer rubber insert, but a longer metal wiper arm to hold it.)
