A good friend of mine is looking to rent a room / garage in the area for 3-4 months.
He is very picky about the type of accomodations so he doesn't want to do a hotel. Although he is a very successful businessman, there are no hotels that meet his criteria for long term stay, and with a garage for his bike.
He is going to be parking a $30k motor bike in the garage at night, and is a very light sleeper, so he prefers a room where he won't be disturbed to sleep.
During the day he'll be gone with his bike. He is willing to pay for the right accomodations (quiet, no disturbance), and would be the perfect tenant.
