Anyone in NJ inspected this 91?

Seems my neighbor has been bitten by the bug from a few drives in my NSX (amazing how that happens). He almost bid on this NSX but didn't, and since the close of bid it now looks like the winner might not come up with the funds. Thus he is serious about buying it should it still be available.
