My GF has been trying to file a claim with AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Company of NJ (http://www.state.nj.us/dobi/carphone.htm) for the past few days and have gotten very rude reps.
The lady who answers the phone has an attitude problem and the person who we had to deal with also had an attitude problem. They claim that their insuree hit us and told them that... how is that even possible. Why in the world would they fix the insuree's BMW and not collect from our insurance. They she goes off and tells us that we have to get the police report ourselves and fax it in to them. POS..
just curious if anyone else has problems and what they have done?
i've delt with progressive/state farm/liberty mutual/allstate and all A+. I would give this company a D.
