Anyone heard of a "bullet" exhaust

Looking at a 2000 model NSX at a dealer and noticed the exhaust tips didn't look OEM. When I asked what type of exhaust was installed, he said it was a "bullet" exhaust.

Any idea what they might be referring to? I've asked for some underneath photos.

I assume he meant "billet" which usually refers to the exhaust tip.

Bullet is a brand of muffler. They don't make an NSX specific exhaust. It's likely that system was custom made using a "Bullet" brand muffler.

I have them as part of a custom exhaust on my 99 3.2TL. Mellow sound. Nice construction.

+1 It sounds like the dealer just read what was stamped into the muffler and posted it in the ad.
