anyone have installed pictures of the RM storage bin/box?

I have the RM storage bin/box that replaces the spare tire but I'm curious how it is mounted. For some reason it looks like the screws are short or something. Am I suppose to drill holes at the base of the spare tire holder? How is it attached? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have it either on the computer or printed,will have to search for it. but it shows it mounted and instructions. hope this will help
