From my research, it seems like the car has been sitting at the dealership for some time. Also, based on older photos seems to have been owned by an older gentleman. (Based this conclusion on the previous rim style, haha)

Looks like it has had some recent work like WP/TB and exhaust manifolds replaced.

The carfax shows a history of failed smog attempts though. Is this common?

What would you guys roughly value the car if it is indeed comparable to what's listed?

Also, anyone know what that little electronic looking device is near the under the gauge cluster?

Thanks!

For some reason, I think I've seen this car before being discussed on prime but pulling up the VIN doesn't help in search or google.

Thanks! I tried searching the vin to find out some more information, but there doesn't seem to be any paper trail before it came to a dealership.

Interesting that it has a new carbon airbox on it... Wonder what that thing replaced when the car has 24,000 miles. Also, the continual failed smog attempts makes me wary. Wonder if the car sat and they tried to get it to pass with old gas? Wonder if that could be a factor.

Are bushings typically in need of replacing on a car this age? Getting a '91 could mean a lot of additional hidden costs.

If they really did do all the maintenance as stated in the ad recently, then you will be fine. Otherwise, expect a few thousand on top if you want to do the tb/wp, hoses, gaskets etc.
