Tiger: the dc is a tick louder than stock but its a wash,the tone in slightly lower and gives a slight mechanical hum.IMO it sounded perfect without cats.It is almost as heavy and big as the stocker though.I had an older model from 97 that lasted 5 yrs before a baffle blew and it sounded awful,I was at an open track event for Italian cars when that happened needless to say I was pissed.I now have the Taitec lightwt and it is racecar loud wo cats.
