Usually powder coating cures at 350-400F. It might have a slightly higher melting point after it's been cured.

Then again, most exhaust tips don't run that hot.

RX7 exhaust can run really hot, as in glowing red hot from the front to the inside of the muffler at high and constant boost. I've melted powder coated tips on the FD prior to going with ceramic tips.
 
looks like a lot of sales pitch gimmic.

cats dont care that their food is in fish or chicken shape. we do.

i would contact these people to see if they have any soild dyno charts on their products.
