Anyone bought the OEM 2002 fron "A" emblem?

I ordered it last week and I have a question: how did you install it? Does it already come with the double sided tape?

the emblems are not taped to the front, there is another part which you can order from acura which goes thru the nose to affix the emblem. im not sure if you can use the one you already have.

PS: ops, not you Nazi, ehm... I meant Ken... the other.

The emblem part numbers in the other post were for the '91-01 NSX.

I don't know whether either part number has changed for '02 or, if so, what the difference might be.

Ok, also my question for the '02 remains. How is it attached to the car?

There is adhessive attached to the back of the emblem which will hold it on alone. The emblem comes with two prongs that go into the holes in the bumper, which you can just break off, since you don't have the holes. Just make sure that you center it properly, then press to apply. As long as you don't press, you can lift and re-adjust it.

I bought the badges, but I don't want to re-spray my nose to get rid of the holes, so it will have to wait. Seems like the easiest way to customize a car is with some custom badges. For example, if I played golf, I would get a blank licence plate frame and a VW GOLF badge and make myself a custom plate frame.

Are the holes so visible? Can you not place the badge in a way that it covers them?

I don't know how visible they are, just as I was beginning to pry off the old emblem, I stopped. I am just going to check things out before I do the mod, I am too fussy about the emblem being too high(!), or too low. A cheap do-it-yourself mod, that adds a bit of class and updates the car nicely. You should get a lot of people wondering what kind of car you have over in Europe, I say "Honda NSX" and they still don't know what car I am talking about.
