Anybody use the Advan A048 tires???

just want to know if anyone use the Advan A048 before?
how is it compare to the RA1, becasue all the Japanese people use the A048.
and i was offered a set of te37 17x7.5 +40 front and 17x8.5 +40 rear, i want to know if they can be my track rims or not? coz they are cheap and what size tire and do i need spacer to use this rim???
ps: i have stoptech bbk, and whats the best setup for good traction in 17/17???

As far as sizes for the AO48's goes:

215/45/17 fronts and 245/40/17 or 255/40/17 rears

You will probably need a 10mm spacer to clear the caliper with the 17x7.5 40mm offset TE37 wheel.
