I've raced against that car, and had my ass handed to me. Very fast and reliable...
The price is really good. That being said, I have not seen the car in person.
BTW, my car is for sale as well. But nowhere close that price. Front runner, fresh from a win in Sears last weekend. Tip top condition and beautiful. Asking $25K without spares. Or $27K with spares.
its a very slippery slope... 
once you buy the car, you can take the racing school. Make sure you get the car's logbook from the owner as well.
