Any thoughts?

I have not heard much about changes in regualtions or improvments teams are making, so this is all speculation.

Ferrari could probably win the season with last years chasis and engine IMO.

My proposal to bring some interest back into the series? Let me drive one of them

hondas got it this year, sato will be racing much better this year as you seen him startin to sharpen up at the end of the season. honda can take ferrari if we just stay away from mechanical problems thats what killed us last year, i think its our year this year.

Mclaren was very fast at the end of the year also after they switched to the new car. I think Ferrari will be tough to beat due to their consistency.

I'd like to see how BAR do this year. They had some promising races last year. It was also good to See McLaren do well. About time though. I think it may be another boring season of F1.

I would love to see Minardi or another minnows win a race. Be pretty cool.

I think a big part of it depends on the Bridgestones. If they are at least the equivalent of the Michillen's, then Ferrari will be tough to beat.

Ferrari seems to be quite tough to beat for next year .. and don't forget that they refuse to limit their testing hours.

Apart from Ferrari and BAR ... McLaren will be interesting with their 'fire and ice' driver combination .... and probably Renault is another team to watch for ..

Too early to tell. Until the first couple of races, it's all speculation IMHO.

But let's say Honda does give Ferrari some stick, what an IDEAL way for Honda to flag in the HSC..... that would make it a Ferrari-killer.

KGP : How about waging your pink slips??? :D :D :D

2 letters: N O

btw, i am a die hard Honda fan. I just don't see Honda truely competing for 1st place. Ferrari's 1st place is usually decided within the first few races. Then the question becomes who is going to come 2nd.

I don't see anyone challenging Ferrari for the Driver's and Manufacturer's Championship. McLaren will be the closest competitors with BAR Honda a good way back in third. Honda and McLaren, and Michelin to boot, are going to have to produce the best car and tire combination by a large margin to compete with and beat Ferrari - even with the revised rules.

KIMI all the way. McLaren will have to be crap like the start of the year for KIMI not to win. Look at what he could do with a half decent car. Ron Dennis is not going to let a crap car come out of the box this year.

But it will all come down to who adjusts to the new rules the fastest, especially with two race engines. Watch out for Toyota.

However being the proud aussie that I am. Mark Webber and Williams will be world champions this year.

19 Races this coming year. It will be a great season.
Honda , Renault, Williams and McLaren all have good chances of winning some races.Maybe be Toyota can add some challange too.

I think we started to see a chink in the amour of the unbeatable Mr. Schumacher at the end of this year. Several unforced errors and spins. Very unlike Schumi. The key is someone needs to put pressure on them from the beginning of the year. Mc Laren should get a better start now that the new factory isn't consuming all there time. Williams has an extremely strong driver line up, and Montoya didn't hit his stride until the end of the year. Honda, also look like they are getting serious, but no one has been able to explain how Sato blew up everything he touched last season, while Button hardly ever had an engine problem. Still, when you have them team Michael has built up around him at Ferrari, they will be the ones to beat. But no one stays on top for ever. Maybe this will be the year. GO BAR!!!<O:tongue:></O:tongue:>
