Any idea of this bumper?

That looks like a RGT front bumper, but mixed will non fixed headlight.
Is that a custom bumper? or regular item by some shop?

I don't tknow if anyone makes an RGT front bumper for pop ups yet. The ones I've seen are custom. Like the purple one Sean Steez/Dustin Williams built on youtube a few years ago. A owner local to me also did the same and I believe reached out to them on how they had it made.
