I was recently working on the underside of the car and noticed that the front engine mount was covered in dried engine oil. Ive known about the leak for years and its extremely slow.
What Im wondering about is whether the engine oil will crack or damage the front engine mount bushing? I was unable to get a good look at it to assess its condition. Are there alternate ways of telling that its compromised?
