anti submarining

I purchased a harness bar and 2 sets of Simpson 5-point harnesses from a former track junky/friend turned father of twins.

Anyways, I can not figure out how you can install the harnesses without being in a situation that you would be submarining in the event of a sudden stop or accident..

I will be purchasing sparco seats in the spring but I was wondering if anyone has got it to work with the stock OEM seats.

How did this guy do it???
