Anti Lock

Sounds like you have the very common stuck valve problem see: http://www.danoland.com/nsxgarage/brakes/abs/abs.htm to exercise and flush the ALB system to correct.

I exercised it and did the Solenoid Flush without the T wrench. However, step 4-6 doesn't seems to be working. Nothing actualy happens. Any thoughts on this? The lights still comes on after couple of minutes. I want to bring it to the dealership but I think it's at least $90 for diagnostic. As you can see I want make sure before I wasting any money. Thanks.

Do you hear the pump run? And does it turn off after three minutes? Check the codes for the ABS too, that might be able to point you in the right direction. Mine indicates I have a problem with my pressure switch. I just took the fuse out to keep from burning up my pump and I live with the ABS light for now. Mostly just because I have been too lazy to work on it, since I think it will cost my around $500 if I find the pressure switch/accumulator bad.

three minutes

Two minutes (120 seconds), not three.

If you jump/short the pressure switch connector: it will disable the system without the ABS light. This is the orange connector directly below the master cylinder, that is attached to the disc shaped pressure switch.

Sounds like you are lacking 12v power. Check fuses and get out a volt meter.

You want to be sure of WHAT "before wasting money"? ?? I dunno?

Checked fuses and volt meter shows power. I hear clicking noise but nothing happens.

I want to make sure that I've done everything I can and that the dealer dosen't diagnose the same problem which I could of fixed myself.

Thanks for the correction Drew, and for the tip on how to disable the system from turning on the light.
