No rubbing issues.
The 17" rim has been repaired (signs of heat treatment I think) but balanced fine and were on my car when I bought it, no issues.
The silver faces are in really good shape, minimal marks. A couple of the stainless trim rings have some rash, see photos. These look great when plastidipped in black as it really sets of the trim rings.
No tires included, already sold separately.
