Since I live in Palmdale and Work half the week in Port Hueneme/Oxnard, I can take my car to Gold Coast Acura or I can go the OTHER way and go to AW or Niguel....

These shops seems to be the most trusted around the SoCal Area...Now that we got that squared away, Who do you think would be more reasonable and practical (Distance wise) in price for the 60 & 90K Service... My niece's boyfriend works for Gold Coast Acura, but he doesn't do NSXs as he is still pretty new and he seems to be OK with Norman's abilities.

When I called Gold Coast Acura, for the service, I was quoted $1600 for TB, WP, Valve adjustment and some other belts that needed to be done.. Is this THE BEST I can do?

PM me if you want to be discreet about how much you paid for your service.

Thanks
Mike

If you're willng to travel to Auto Wave or Niguel Motors you might also consider Power Acura in the South Bay (Torrance). It's about 35 miles closer than AW and about 50 miles closer than Niguel. John M. is the Service Manager and also owns an NSX. You may want to contact ANYTIME via PM to inquire about the dealers in Oxnard area.

you may also want to give MD Automotive a try(used to be jackson racing). The mechanic/owner there used to be head mechanic when it was jacksonracing and he has 15yrs experience with hondas. I had my timing belt, waterpump, valves adjusted, and a few other things that comes with the 90k service for around $1,400 and the work was done in less than a week. Usually autowave or other places are booked for a good period of time so you can try going there instead. They're located really close to Beach blvd and 22 fwy.
