I see he only sells film but he's done it over 100 times without any problems. Not exactly the "trademark" of an eBay scammer.......

My guess is that some outside scammer has compromised this seller's ebay account and is posting using it.

This seller requires payment via cash so that's already a red flag, as there's no protection against fraud.
