I did a few laps a few years ago when the company was called Driving 101. The cars they used were not Champ or IRL cars. The cars that where used where the ones that were fabricated for the Hollywood movie "Driven". One speed gear box, in or out gear shift with a push start. Had to follow another race car around the track. Couldn't pass or get to close. I did 136mph at the old Chicago Motor Speedway. (now torn down) Could of gone faster but if you got to close to the pace car it would slow down and make you increase the distance between you and the pace vehicle. I enjoyed it but I don't think I would do it again.
