Amazing Photo from recent Australia Bushfires

This photo was allegedly taken at Brindabella in Canberra, Australia during the recent bushfires which have ravaged our country. Incredible Photo.

Note: i have my doubts about this photo; lightning shots require a long exposure time. but looking into a blistering sun would make this impossible. Plus there are programs that can generate fork-lightning. I would love to know if anyone knows if this is a fake. i hope not.

I bet it is fake, as you can see there are no clouds around that lightning.
