Alternative to OEM factory antenna motor?

Is there an alternative to the factory OEM antenna motor for a 91 NSX? I am not liking the $500 price tag and that is not counting the new mast. Any suggestions?

how about not using the motor at all...i live in the city and the reception here is great and i dis connected mine a while back because that annoying silver fishing rod kills the looks of this great car.

I get no reception at all without it, but see motors on ebay going for $50 that say they fit in the NSX. Any truth to this and getting something that works?

I would ask a lot of questions before buying one that claims to fit many cars including the NSX.
Also you may want to post in the Market place what you need.

Here is the URL for the antenna motor off ebay. Copy and paste this in your address bar. They claim this to fit an NSX. Anybody support this claim based on the auction?
