hmmm...
By this, do you mean the lower portion of the front-bumper (parking/turn-signal lights, center radiator opening, two AC openings)? Or, are you referring to the thin black unpainted piece beneath the bumper assembly: front lip?
Front end: *upper-bumper (w/ emblem), *lower bumper (w/ combo-lights), *front lip (unpainted)
There are many aftermarket options available for the front-bumper (both upper & lower portions must be swapped), and also choices for lips. Check the vendor's forum, use the search, and try these guys: www.scienceofspeed.com, www.downforce.biz, www.daliracing.com, www.2nrwerks.com, www.ebay.com, etc.
As far as the OEM lip, the '91-'96 style is discontinued; only the subtly 'taller' '97-'01 OEM front lip is now available... unless you can acquire a leftover one, which is possible.
